    Job Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday -Friday; 8am-5pm

    Job Duties:
    General Administrative support for Operations & Human Resources;
    Working closely with Administrators and operations staff to manage daily functions of the facility;
    Specialty reports;
    Assistance with insurance claims;
    Scheduling internal and external meetings;
    Preparation and follow-up for working meal lunches, meetings, and recruitment visits;
    Occasional visits to outlying satellite locations;
    Document scanning/ uploading;
    Other assignments as necessary.

    Requirements:
    Proficient electronic and typing abilities necessary;

    Job Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday with daytime hours; some Saturdays on occasion may be required

    Job Duties:
    All aspects of clinical and clerical roles within a busy medical practice office setting.
    MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT AMONG GRAVES GILBERT CLINIC FACILITIES (within 45-50 mile radius)
    Rooming patients.
    Obtaining vitals & patient histories.
    Assisting physician with exams/procedures.
    Scheduling.
    Pre-certifications and prior authorizations.
    Telephone interaction with patients/ ancillaries/ pharmacies/ physician offices, etc.
    Documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
    Stocking/cleaning/monitoring exam rooms and equipment.
    Responsible for assisting with efficient patient flow within very busy setting.
    Must be willing to provide assistance within multiple settings in various offices where needed from day to day.

    Requirements:
    Current active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Kentucky.
    OR
    Registered / Certified Medical Assistant with previous medical office & EMR experience.
    MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT AMONG GRAVES GILBERT CLINIC FACILITIES (within 45-50 mile radius).
    Must be proficient with electronic applications; highly effective computer skills.

    Job Duties:

    Job Hours: 32-40 hours per week with Saturday rotation (mornings only on Saturdays)

    Job Duties:
    Primarily Pediatric Shot Room duties/ injections --immunizations
    May involve:
    Triage patients and assist physician with routine patient care visits in very busy, fast-paced setting.
    Chart entries in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    Obtaining and documenting vitals, histories, medication administrations, etc.
    Schedule appointments, obtain pre-certification/authorizations.
    Patient & ancillary phone calls as directed by the physician.
    May include providing I.V. care for patients according to clinic standards and certification.
    Administer injections/immunizations as directed by the physician.
    Assists with patient/family teaching and planning.
    Prepare equipment for medical treatments, exams and surgical procedures if needed.
    Maintain safe and therapeutic patient care environment; adequate stocking of exam rooms/office area.
    Other duties as necessary/assigned within scope of LPN practice.

    Requirements:
    Must have current LPN license in Kentucky
    Previous medical office experience preferred, especially within Pediatric setting
