    Job Duties: Dispense prescriptions written by Physicians/Providers.
    E-Prescribe and written scripts
    Maintain inventory and stock/ ordering
    Prior Authorizations
    Assisting Patients with financial inquiries
    Daily or Weekly deposits
    Assisting Physicians/ Providers with informational dispensary updates
    Other Duties as necessary/assigned

    Requirements: Current Pharmacy Technician certification/ required credentials to work as CPh-T
    Prefer 5 years experience in a retail pharmacy setting or hospital pharmacy setting
    Proficient with inventory management, audit procedures, and ordering of medication
    Must be self-motivated, attentive to detail, dependable, team-oriented with high focus on customer service and quality patient care

  • Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse

    Department: Nursing Services-- Coumadin Clinic

    Job Type: Part Time

    Job Hours: 8 hours per week on Fridays; occasional PRN coverage for outages

    Job Duties:
    Direct patient care within a dedicated Coumadin Clinic

    Tasks include but are not limited to:
    Fingersticks for PT/INR checks
    EMR Documentation
    Coumadin adjustments
    Clerical functions scheduling appointments and billing tickets
    Other duties as assigned/necessary

    Graduate of an accredited program for Licensed Practical Nursing
    Licensed with Kentucky Board of Nursing
    3-5 years work experience preferred
    Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high focus on quality patient care
    Proficient computer skills
    Ability to function well in fast-paced environment; high volume often creates need for multi-tasking

    Department: Occupational Health--Bowling Green locations

    Job Hours: 36-40 hours per week; open 7 days per week

    Job Duties:
    Combined duties between medical care and occupational health.
    Rooming patients.
    Obtaining patient vitals & medical history.
    Phlebotomy and other minor laboratory and medical testing.
    Drug Screens/ Breath Alcohol Testing/ Pulmonary Function Testing/ Mask Fitting, etc.
    Assisting with physical examinations.
    Monitoring, cleaning, stocking examination rooms.
    Electronic charting/documentation.
    Clerical functions.

    Must have valid active Driver's License.
    Registration or Certification in Medical Assisting.

  • Part Time Polysomnographic Technician

    Department: Sleep Center

    Job Type: Part Time

    Job Hours: One night per week: Mondays/ approximately 10-12 hours per week

    Job Duties: The Polysomnographic Technician performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing, analysis, and associated interventions under the general supervision of a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and/or clinical director (MD,PhD) or designee.

    Requirements: Successful completion of a polysomnography program (RPSGT), of no less than one year duration, associated with a state licensed and/or nationally accredited education facility.

    Registered Polysomnography Technician required.

    Minimum of 2 years experience as a Polysomnographic Trainee with documented proficiency in all required competencies (RPSGT).

    Ability to work well with others and be able to establish a good rapport with patients.

    CPR/BLS Certification.

    Must be available to work Friday and Saturday shifts.
