    Implementation of a new Physical Therapy Clinic in Franklin location/ Graves Gilbert Clinic facility.
    Primarily Orthopedic and Industrial Rehabilitation setting.

    Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky.
    Minimum two (2) years experience preferred.
    The ideal candidate will be dynamic in approach to patient care, compassionate, self-motivated, possessing superior leadership qualities.

  • Physical Demands Testing Technician

    Department: Occupational Health

    Job Type: Part Time

    Job Hours: 24-28 hours per week

    Job Duties:
    Escort patients from waiting room to exam room.
     Room patient promptly after obtaining necessary specimens, information, etc. and provide gown if needed.
     Clean rooms and equipment.
     Calibrates and documents equipment used for PDT.
     Communicates and transmits written reports/ documentation to testing providers, employers, insurance carriers, third party administrators and utilization review companies.
     Answers telephone inquiries.
     Obtain all vital signs and document in chart (BP, temperature, pulse, O2, sat, RR, height, weight).
     Obtain and document patient medical history information.
     Conducts physical demands testing using computerized strength testing equipment.
     May also perform spirometry, audiometry, mask fit testing, BAT as needed.
    Other duties as assigned or necessary.

     Valid KY driver’s license.
     CPR, First Aid, Bloodbourne pathogens training.
     Certification, registration, or licensure in exercise science, athletic training, hearing conservation or related fields.
     Proficient computer skills with ability to learn software programs critical to testing processes.
     Self-directed, ability to work without immediate supervision.
     Willingness to learn new skills and work in an industrial and clinic environment.
     Excellent communication and team skills.

    Job Hours: 36-40 hours per week; Monday-Friday daytime hours; Saturdays only on occasion

    Job Duties:
    Must be Registered or Certified as a Medical Assistant with AMT, NHA, or other qualifying entity.
    Must have proficient skills in multi-tasking, customer service/patient care, electronic navigation.
    Primarily office/clerical tasks.

    May include:
    Rooming patients.

    Job Duties:
    Working directly with the department of Otolaryngology (Ears, Nose, Throat Specialist/s)
    Identifying, assessing, and treating patients with hearing problems and balance disorders
    Discussing symptoms/treatments with patients, documenting treatment, ordering equipment
    May be responsible for determining the level of emotional or mental stress caused by hearing loss
    Referring patients to the appropriate resources when necessary

    Kentucky License and requirements
    The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology.
    The American Board of Audiology certification.

    3-5 years experience in the field of Audiology
    • Excellent bedside manner; compassion and patience with patient care
    • Strong and confident hearing aid sales ability
    • Ability to communicate well with patients
    • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Detailed personality with excellent documentation skills
    • Diverse hearing and balance testing
