  • Medical Laboratory Technician

    Job Hours: 36-40 hours per week; 4:00am - 10:00am plus Saturdays (minimum 2 Saturdays per month)

    Job Duties:
    All functions of a registered Medical Laboratory Technician.
    Performs complex clinical lab tests and procedures (verification, processing, testing, reporting).
    Quality control processes.
    Maintains and calibrates equipment.
    Inventory supply.
    Venipuncture and specimen collection when necessary.
    Assisting Supervisors & other staff with other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    MT or MLT /HEW (must hold current active certification)
    1-5 years progressive experience in related field.
    Ability to muliti-task in fast paced, high volume medical laboratory settings while maintaining organized work flow.

  • Part Time Registered Medical Assistant –Munfordville

    Department: Internal Medicine--Munfordville

    Job Type: Part Time

    Job Hours: approximately 24 hours per week; daytime hours

    Job Duties: Triage and obtaining patient vitals/histories
    Assisting physician with routine patient care visits in very busy and fast-paced setting
    Injections
    Stocking, cleaning, and monitoring patient exam rooms
    Charting in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    All medical assisting duties within scope of Internal Medicine practice
    Other duties as necessary/assigned

    Requirements: Must be Registered or Certified Medical Assistant
    Licensed Practical Nurse in state of Kentucky will also be considered
    Previous medical office experience preferred
    Must be proficient with EMR with outstanding computer skills

  • Nurse Practitioners–various locations

    Department: Family Medicine--Franklin, Munfordville, Smiths Grove, & Morgantown locations

    Job Type: Full Time

    Job Hours: Weekdays 40 hours per week; some Saturday hours as necessary

    Job Duties: Responsible for providing direct patient care within the practice & directive of collaborating physician; assessment and management of patients; day to day implementation and evaluation of the appropriate plan of care; serving as a consultant, researcher, and educator.

    The Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with the medical, nursing and support services to provide patient and family focused care.
    Perform history & physicals, documentation of findings; communication with collaborating Providers.
    Orders appropriate diagnostic testing; reviews results/ informs pts and Providers of findings and required follow up. Patient education and support --
    Ensures continuity of care for follow-up treatments.
    Pediatrics.
    Other duties as necessary under direction of Providers and Administration.

    Requirements: Previous medical office/ hospital experience highly preferred.
    Current Kentucky licensure as Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse.
    Professional certification as a nurse practitioner.
    CPR certification and ACLS/BLS required.
    Must be comfortable working with Pediatric patients.
    Dermatologic procedure skills highly preferred (experience with incision and drainage of abscess; skin biopsies (ie: excision/punch biopsy); ingrown toenail removals.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high focus on quality patient care in teamwork-oriented environment.

  • Licensed Practical Nurse

    Job Type: Full Time

    Job Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some Saturdays on occasion; approximately 40 hours per week

    Job Duties:
    Providing direct patient care working collaboratively with other members of the department including physicians; preceptor to other assistive personnel within the department; providing I.V. care for patients according to clinic standards and certification; participating in nursing research, quality improvement and department development; contributing to patient assessments and needs, plan of care and documents; providing medical treatment to include injections, immunizations; administering prescribed oral medication under directive of physician; obtaining and charting vitals, patient histories; preparation of equipment for assisting physician with medical treatments, exams, and in-office surgical procedures if needed; other duties as assigned/necessary.

    Requirements:
    Graduate of accredited school of Nursing; valid Kentucky LPN license; current AHA Healthcare Provider training (BCLS); one year experience in medical office preferred; experience with pediatric patients.
