  • TEMPORARY/PRN Radiology Registration-Reception Clerk

    Job Hours: TEMPORARY FULL TIME/PRN; 40 hours per week with rotating daytime hours between 7:30am-5:30pm

    Job Duties: Greeting and registering patients at the Radiology (XRay) Reception desk; updating patient demographic information; scheduling; phone interactions; all aspects of clerical function in a fast-paced diagnostics department; other duties as needed/assigned.

    Requirements: Previous medical office experience required; must have ability to multi-task and remain organized in a very fast-paced environment; computer skills required with experience on electronic medical record system highly preferred; medical terminology very helpful; must have excellent customer service skills with pleasant demeanor and high focus on patient care.
    This position will be utilized during a TEMPORARY duration period.

  • Registered Medical Assistant–Floater

    Job Type: Full Time

    Job Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday with daytime hours; some Saturdays on occasion may be required

    Job Duties: All aspects of medical assisting including rooming patients, obtaining vitals & patient histories, assisting physician with exams/procedures, scheduling, precertifications; telephone interaction with patients/ ancillaries/ pharmacies/ physician offices, etc.; documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR); stocking/cleaning/monitoring exam rooms and equipment; responsible for assisting with steady and smooth patient flow within very busy setting, must be willing to provide assistance within multiple settings in various offices where needed from day to day; other duties as necessary/assigned.

  • Dermatology Practice Manager

    Job Duties: Manage day to day operations of busy, growing dermatology office.   • Dermatology Surgical Technician

    Job Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm; some weekend hours may be necessary

    Job Duties: Preparing appropriate instrumentation, equipment, and supplies for procedures; demonstrating competence with proper understanding of sterile technique; performing sponge, needle, and instrument counts in an accurate manner; assume responsibility for upholding the policies and procedures of the clinic, including compliance with HIPAA; performs all responsibilities in a manner that contributes towards positive clinical outcomes and service excellence for patients and physicians; Medical Assisting duties; some clerical tasks; other duties as necessary and/or assigned.

  • Purchasing Manager

    Job Hours: Weekdays 8:00am-5:00pm with some weekend hours required as needed

    Job Duties: Purchasing Manager will leverage buying through innovative strategies and contract negotiations. Works closely with administration and other key staff to plan and implement maximum product standardization and more cost-effective distribution processes within departments throughout the organization. Responsible for the acquisition, storage and distribution of medical equipment, dispensary supplies, and other medical and general supplies or equipment for use by multiple medical offices. The purchase of capital equipment will be coordinated and completed under the direction of the CFO.

    Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business-related major preferred and/or equal number of years experience.
    Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of the following areas : Purchasing, Storeroom or Warehouse Management, Medical Materials Management, Central Supply and/or any pertinent combination of the areas listed above, preferably in a medical / healthcare setting.
    Previous supervisory / management experience preferred.
    CPM or CMRP preferred.
    Highly competent technology skills including MS Office
    Exposure and/or experience with accounting and / or project accounting software is plus.
    Ability to take initiative on completing projects independently without direct supervision.
    Proven ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail meeting multiple simultaneous deadlines.
    Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
    High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
