    Job Hours: 40 hours per week; approx. 7:45am-5pm Monday-Friday

    Job Duties: Supervision / coordination of Injection and Infusion Services within multi-specialty physician group practice; supervision / coordination of Medical Assisting Floater Pool, Infection Control, and Employee Health Services; Delivery of direct patient care within scope of practice as directed by physicians/providers according to clinic procedures, Obtaining / recording patient temperatures, pulse rates, blood pressure, weight and height measurements and patient responses to standardized treatments according to clinic procedures; IV and Infusion therapy administration and assessment to include starting IV or venous access device; working with the department of Purchasing/Supply to monitor cost for efficient inventory and usage of supplies/services; various duties involved in overseeing the day to day function of centralized hub of service (main facility/satellite locations).

    Requirements: Must hold current Kentucky Registered Nurse license/credentials; proficient on EMR; excellent IV skills with previous work-related experience in the field of nursing; supervisory/management experience required; ability to function within very busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining high focus on quality patient care; organized; attentive to detail.

    Job Duties: General Administrative support for Operations & Human Resources; working closely with Administrators and operations staff to manage daily functions of the facility including malpractice insurance; specialty reports; scheduling internal and external meetings; occasional visits to outlying satellite locations; document scanning/ uploading; other assignments as necessary.

  • Nurse Practitioner — Russellville location

    Department: Internal Medicine--Russellville

    Job Type: Full Time

    Job Hours: Weekdays 40 hours per week

    Job Duties: Responsible for providing direct patient care within the practice & directive of collaborating physician; assessment and management of patients; day to day implementation and evaluation of the appropriate plan of care; serving as a consultant, researcher, and educator.

    The Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with the medical, nursing and support services to provide patient and family focused care.
    Perform history & physicals, documentation of findings; communication with collaborating Providers.
    Orders appropriate diagnostic testing; reviews results/ informs pts and Providers of findings and required follow up. Patient education and support --
    Ensures continuity of care for follow-up treatments.
    Other duties as necessary under direction of Providers and Administration.

    Requirements: Previous medical office/ hospital experience highly preferred.
    Current Kentucky licensure as Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse.
    Professional certification as a nurse practitioner.
    CPR certification and ACLS/BLS required.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high focus on quality patient care in teamwork-oriented environment.
